Real estate perspective. Digital participation.Discover the Kyros vision

11From physical asset to participation

From a real estate thesis to a documented digital structure

Tokenization connects an asset-related legal or economic interest with a digital record. For Kyros, the whitepaper proposes this connection around land in RAK. The relationship must be understandable at every stage.

How Tokenization Works / KYROS

Step one Establish the asset

  • Identify the land and verify the relevant ownership records.

  • Review permitted uses, restrictions, financing and practical development conditions.

  • Establish the asset's role within the proposed strategy.

Step two Define the participation model

  • Identify the issuer and any asset-holding entities.

  • Set out the rights attached to participation and the obligations of each party.

  • Explain eligibility, transfer restrictions, costs and any exit or redemption process.

Step three Document the token design

  • Publish the confirmed network, contract address and token identifiers.

  • Explain supply controls, allocation, vesting and administrative permissions.

  • Identify the code version reviewed by any independent security provider.

Step four Establish the operational process

  • Explain any identity checks and the approved channels through which they occur.

  • Define how participants receive relevant documents and acknowledge applicable terms.

  • State which services are actually available and who operates them.

Step five Maintain the connection

  • Keep asset and token records linked through consistent identifiers and dated updates.

  • Explain material changes to asset ownership, valuation, liabilities or contract controls.

  • Report on any implemented governance or distribution mechanisms using their published rules.

Step six Review and exit under the applicable terms

  • Distinguish transferring a token from redeeming an interest or selling an underlying asset.

  • Explain any conditions, delays, fees and market limitations.

  • Recognize that a technical ability to transfer does not create a willing buyer.
